Exhibitor sites (41 grass = 3m x 3m & 6 concrete = 2m x 3m) will be pre-allocated prior to show or on arrival at grounds.

Requests for site preferences will be received on a first come first served basis via Show Manager at a cost of $5.00.  Show Manager will go live this Sunday (3^rd July) at 6:00pm.

Only 1 site per exhibitor will be allocated.

Exhibitors are requested to provide 3 site preferences and the committee will best try to accommodate these requests, but no guarantees are given.  Please also provide other relevant information such as who you might like to be sited beside/close to, in the event that the committee is unable to issue any of your preferences.

If no preference is received for an exhibitor, sites will be allocated on arrival at the grounds by the show committee (free of charge).

Grass sites #37-41 (located at the end of the sheds against the creek) will be allocated as a last resort and only if absolutely required.

Sites allocated for this show (Cairns Show Association Championship Show held on Friday 15 July) are only guaranteed for this show day.  Site allocations/positions for shows following on the Saturday and Sunday are at the discretion of the Cairns City Kennel Club.
