Dear Exhibitors
We are excited to welcome you to this weekend’s show at Durack! With participants travelling from far and wide, we are looking forward to a fantastic event.

Please note that there will be multiple shows taking place at Durack over the weekend. As a result, some exhibitors may have already set up their gazebos in other rings. The RRCQ will, depending on space availability, set up two communal gazebos (6m x 3m each) for shared use. These gazebos will be clearly marked for communal use so you can easily identify them in the sea of gazebos.

We kindly ask that you respect your fellow exhibitors by using only as much space as you need within the shared gazebos. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring and set up your own gazebo if you prefer. 
Please don’t park too close to the our allocated ring to allow other exhibitors space to set up their gazebos.

Additionally, we are pleased to announce that there will be nibblies available after the show to give everyone the opportunity to meet the judge. Please bring your own drinks to enjoy during this time.
