CAMPERS PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Camping entry is through gate 8 and you must report to one of the camping supervisors (Kylie Henry and/or Ian Luchterhand) on arrival. Please bring your paid printed camping receipt as it will need to be displayed on your vehicle at all times whilst on the showgrounds.

Once checked in one of the camping supervisors will direct you to your marked site. Camping is at the rear of the stables for these shows and limited number of 40 powered sites only available.

All camping must be paid via Show Manager when entering and prior to attending shows. Entry to show grounds is from Thursday 16 November 2023 at 12pm, there is no access prior to this date and/or time. If camping and you need to drive into town or elsewhere you can exit via gate 8 or gate 7 with your vehicle.

Toilet facilities will be cleaned on a daily basis so there may be a small time frame whilst this occurs that they will be closed.

There will be no access after the Branding Rail / Bushmans Stage, it will be closed to all dog show exhibitors for camping and/or general parking.

Please use the bins provided in all areas for your rubbish, the last shows held in July there was large amounts of rubbish left in the camping area out the back on Sunday afternoon.
