This notice is to advise you of the upcoming general meeting of the members of the BSDCQ.

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
· accept the minutes of the last general meeting
· find out about the BSDCQ’s operations and finances
· ask questions about the operations and finances of the BSDCQ
· speak about any items on the agenda
· vote on any resolutions proposed.
Please forward any agenda items by email to the Secretary by 16:00 pm Sunday 17th February, 2019.
