Terms and Conditions Labrador Retriever Club of Qld Inc.(ABN 57779821366 active from 1st July 2000, Trading name Labrador Retriever Club of Qld Inc), (hereinafter referred to as ‘LRCQ Inc.’ Or ‘We’ or ‘Us’ or ‘Our’), is conducting a fundraiser raffle by way of a lucky draw (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as the ‘Trip of a Lifetime: Crufts 2026’ or 'Crufts 2026 Raffle') for individuals (hereinafter referred to as ‘Participant’ or ‘Participants’ or ‘Members’ or ‘Entrants’ or ‘Them’ or ‘You’ or ‘Your’). THE Raffle:-
1. The Contest commences at 12.00am AEST on the 6th of March 2025 and concludes at 11.59am AEST on the 6th of July 2025.
2. The Trip of a Lifetime: Crufts 2026 event, at which the winners for prizes will be drawn by Showmanager random number selector, will be conducted in Queensland, and will be streamed live via our Facebook and Instagram pages on the 6th of July 2025 commencing at 12.00pm.
3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms of entry. Entry into the Raffle is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this event, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
5. Entry is open to all Australian Residents.
6. Participants shall be allowed to enter the draw via official links provided by the website and social media platforms, IF: a) Participants agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions; and b) Participants purchase the tickets from the official links. (TICKETS VIA SHOWMANAGER)
7. The Raffle prizes consists of a) Return Economy Airfares for ‘Two’ from Brisbane to Birmingham (UK). b) ‘Eight’ night’s accommodation at the Novotel Birmingham (UK) (70 Broad street, B1 2HT BIRMINGHAM, United Kingdom) c) ‘Two’ entry tickets each day for Crufts 2026, including Best In Show. Backstage tour of the trophy and TV areas, Crufts Gift bags and programs; d) Lunch for Two at The Royal Kennel Club Dining Room, Clarges St, London UK, plus a guided tour of the Gallery and Library.
8. Prize is in the form of a voucher from Fraser Coast Travel Centre (Phone number: 1800620322) to cover the cost of the listed prize, to a maximum value of $10,000. Winner is responsible for contacting the Travel Agent to claim their prize. Any changes to the agenda, flights, accommodation or additional costs are the responsibility of the winner. Travel is for Crufts 2026, departing 2nd March 2026, and voucher is only to be used for that purpose. Obtaining all required travel documents and insurance is the responsibility of the winner.
9. The announcement of winners will also be broadcast live on all our social media platforms. The Winners shall also be contacted via phone and email immediately at 12.00pm on the 6th of July 2025 after the announcement.
10. Winners will be published online on the 6th of July 2025 via our social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram, and published on our website at https://www.labradorclubqld.com/.
11 A minimum of 1500 tickets must be sold for the raffle to be drawn. If the minimum tickets are not sold prior to 6 July 2025, tickets will be refunded to purchasers.
12. Winner will be asked to nominate their local breed club or kennel club to receive a $500 donation as a referral bonus for that club.
13. Winner must contact The Royal Kennel Club to make arrangements for the lunch and tour. Travel arrangements to and from Birmingham-London is the responsibility of the winner.
14. Winner will be provided with LRCQ Inc merchandise and requested to provide the LRCQ Inc with photos/videos of them with that merchandise at Crufts and The Royal Kennel Club.
15. In order to be eligible for the Raffle, participants are required to purchase a ticket which is a once only payment via the official links which shall automatically place them in the Raffle . Details of the tickets can be found on the website www.Showmanager.com.au/activity/3239
