$50 Plush Puppy Voucher Raffle

Promoted by the Dogs ACT Grooming Sub-Committee

1. Promoter: The raffle is conducted by the Dogs ACT Grooming Sub-Committee, operating under the authority of Dogs ACT.

2. Purpose: All proceeds from this raffle will go directly towards supporting Dogs ACT Grooming Sub-Committee Events, including costs such as ribbons, ring hire, and event materials.

3. Prize: One (1) x $50 Plush Puppy Voucher, redeemable for Plush Puppy grooming products.

4. Ticket Details:

   • Tickets are priced at $2 each.

   • A total of 50 tickets are available for purchase.

   • Tickets can be purchased through Show Manager only.

5. Draw Information:

   • The draw will take place once all tickets are sold or at the discretion of the Dogs ACT Grooming Sub-Committee.

   • The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently by a representative of the Sub-Committee.

6. Winner Notification:

   • The winner will be contacted directly via the contact details provided on Show Manager.

   • The winner’s name will also be announced on the Dogs ACT Facebook page.

7. Prize Delivery:

   • The voucher will be provided electronically or in person by arrangement.

   • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Refund Policy:

1. • No refunds will be issued once a ticket is purchased.

2. Unclaimed Prize:

• If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, a redraw may occur at the discretion of the Sub-Committee.
