The West Australian Kennel Club  has the below motion to present to members:

Notice of Motion:    “To apply for Incorporation for the WA Kennel Club and accept the CAWA Basic

Constitution for Affiliated Clubs as approved by the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety.”

Rationale: The current Club’s Incorporation status has been de-registered and to re-apply needs the approval of the members. In addition, the current constitution also needs to be re-ratified so it can be submitted to the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety as part of Incorporation requirements
