RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promoter
This raffle is conducted by the Golden Retriever Club of QLD.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Ticket Sales
Tickets are $5 each
A maximum of 500 tickets will be sold
Each ticket represents one entry into the draw
Prize Details
Prizes include:
Ninja Slushie Machine (valued at $479)
Tundra® 35 Hard Cooler (valued at $400)
Ninja Crispi 4-in-1 Portable Glass Air Fryer (valued at $299)
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Draw Details
The raffle will be drawn once all 500 tickets are sold or 5th of July which ever comes first (minimum of 250 tickets)
The draw will be conducted live on the Golden Retriever Club of QLD Facebook page
Winners will be selected at random

Winners will be contacted via the details provided on their ticket
Winners will also be announced on the Golden Retriever Club of QLD Facebook page
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw may occur
Prize Collection
Prizes must be collected within a reasonable timeframe as arranged with the promoter
Delivery/postage (if applicable) may be at the winner’s expense unless otherwise stated
Liability
The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting a prize.
Use of Funds
All proceeds go towards supporting the Golden Retriever Club of QLD National Quest fundraiser.
This raffle will be conducted in accordance with Queensland regulations.
